Starting in the beautiful, bustling metropolis of Buenos Aires, our 16-day tour takes us to the shores of the glistening Lake Nahuel Huapi, the high peaks of the rugged Arrayanes National Park, and for a volcanic hike in the picturesque Pucón. Watch the playful penguins of the protected Seno Otway and stand in awe as huge sheets of ice from the giant Perito Moreno glacier crash into the water below. In the evening, we’ll enjoy a traditional Argentinean dinner and tango show in one of the capital’s most historic - and most magnificent - theaters. You’ll experience the rhythm of the tango and be invited to add to the Live Tour Journal, where all your friends and family can follow your two-week trip through Patagonia.
We’ll return to Bariloche for dinner and then you’re free to explore the lakeside city at night.
Your adventure in Pucon is completely customizable. All activities at the lodge are optional so that you can tailor your experience to your adventure level.
Once we get into Punta Arenas and settle into the hotel, you’ll be free to explore the town.
Camping equipment is available at our hotel. Camping kit includes a tent, tarp and sleeping bag. If camping is not your style, there is an option to say in the dormitory style Refugio. Camping Rental: $30
