The small town of Uyuni, once served as a trading and supply post for salt miners. Today however, it serves as the starting point for some 60,000 tourists that come to visit the Salar de Uyuni (The world's largest salt flat)

Close to this small town is the famous Train Cemetery about 2 miles away, which is home to crumbling hulks of some of Bolivians most famous trains that lie in their final resting place. Here we find the first Bolivian locomotive as well as the last train robbed by the famous Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid.
